Terms of use

Last updated: 17 August 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern use of Leadstar by persons authorised by a client organisation. Leadstar is a B2B service: no individual subscription can be purchased directly on the website.

If these terms conflict with the commercial agreement between LEADSTAR and the client organisation, the commercial agreement prevails.

2. Service

Leadstar provides an artificial-intelligence agent intended to help users clarify a professional situation, prepare an action and, where agreed by the client, contribute to collective reporting on the execution of a priority.

Leadstar supports reflection and decision-making. It does not replace a medical, psychological, legal, financial or human-resources professional.

3. Artificial intelligence and human oversight

Users are informed that they are interacting with an artificial-intelligence system. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. They must be assessed critically and must not be acted upon automatically where they could have a material impact.

Leadstar does not make decisions on behalf of a user, manager, employer or governing body. Every decision remains human.

4. Prohibited uses

Leadstar must not be used to:

  • recruit, select, discipline, dismiss, promote, score, rank or individually evaluate a person;
  • make an automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects;
  • individually monitor an employee’s productivity, behaviour or opinions;
  • attempt to re-identify a contributor from collective reporting;
  • seek access to another user’s individual conversation;
  • submit sensitive or third-party data without necessity or authorisation;
  • bypass security controls, test vulnerabilities without permission or disrupt the service;
  • pursue unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or rights-infringing purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Individual conversations are not accessible to the client organisation during normal operation. Collective reporting contains neither individual identities nor verbatim statements and requires at least seven distinct contributors.

Users must nevertheless avoid submitting secrets, sensitive data or third-party information that is not necessary for the requested support.

6. Account and security

Each account is personal. Users must protect their authentication methods, must not share access and must promptly report suspected misuse to eva+support@leadstar.co.

Leadstar may suspend access where required for security, at the client organisation’s request, when the contract ends or following a serious breach of these terms.

7. Availability and changes

Leadstar may change the service to improve its operation, security or compliance. Maintenance or events beyond Leadstar’s control may temporarily affect availability.

Any applicable service-level commitments are those stated in the agreement with the client organisation.

8. Intellectual property

Leadstar and its components remain the property of LEADSTAR or its licensors. The client organisation and users retain their rights in the content they submit and grant only the rights required to provide the service.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The client organisation and Leadstar define their respective roles in the contract and, where required, in a data-processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The commercial agreement with the client organisation defines the applicable dispute-resolution terms.
