AI transparency notice
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. Information for users
When using the Leadstar agent, you interact with an artificial-intelligence system. This information is displayed in the conversational interface.
The agent’s responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. They support reflection and execution and do not replace human decision-making.
2. Intended purpose
Leadstar is intended to help a person clarify a professional priority, identify an obstacle, prepare an action and contribute to a collective view of programme execution.
Leadstar is not intended to make decisions about employment, recruitment, compensation, promotion, disciplinary action or termination of employment.
3. Models and providers
Text conversations and voice features use OpenAI’s business APIs. Anthropic may be used for separate internal or editorial processing, but not for individual conversations within the current scope.
Leadstar has entered into OpenAI’s DPA. Data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train models unless the API account holder explicitly opts in to data sharing.
API call logging is disabled at Leadstar organisation level and compatible calls use store: false. Limited abuse-monitoring logs may nevertheless apply depending on the feature and controls enabled.
4. Voice and reported mood
When a user enables a voice conversation, the audio stream required for the interaction is sent to the voice-model provider. Leadstar does not use this feature for facial analysis, biometric profiling or performance evaluation.
Collective mood trends are derived from user statements or user-provided content and are subject to the cockpit’s confidentiality rules. They may not be used for individual decisions.
5. Collective reporting
Individual conversations are not disclosed to the client. Collective reporting is designed to exclude individual identities and verbatim statements and is displayed only when at least seven distinct contributors are represented.
Clients and users must not attempt to infer a person’s identity from a topic, period or event.
6. Human oversight and challenge
Every important decision remains the responsibility of an authorised person. Users may request information about the processing of their data, report a problematic response, request deletion or object to their contributions being included in collective reporting by contacting eva+support@leadstar.co.
7. AI literacy and governance
Leadstar maintains documentation about the purposes, limitations, risks and prohibited uses of its AI systems. Persons administering or deploying these systems must receive information appropriate to their role.
