Cookie and tracker policy

1. Public website
Leadstar does not currently use Segment, advertising trackers or non-essential audience analytics on its public website.
The website may use mechanisms strictly necessary for its operation and security, language preferences or abuse prevention. These mechanisms are not used to create advertising profiles.
2. Authenticated service
When a user accesses the service, strictly necessary cookies or local storage may be used to:
- maintain the session and secure authentication through Auth0;
- retain an interface preference or temporary state requested by the user;
- protect the service and diagnose errors;
- manage notifications, only where offered and enabled by the user.
Browser permission for notifications or microphone access is requested when the corresponding feature is used and may be withdrawn in browser settings.
3. Duration
Session cookies expire when the session closes or according to the period required for secure authentication. Preferences are retained for a period proportionate to their purpose. Clever Cloud logs are generally retained for seven days.
4. Changes
If Leadstar later enables analytics or a tracker requiring consent, it will be blocked until the user makes a choice. Users will be able to accept, refuse and withdraw consent with equal ease.
